Use of the App

• The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

Health Disclaimer

• The App provides wellness insights only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional healthcare.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making medical decisions.
• Do not use the App in emergencies. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911 immediately.

User Accounts and Data

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

You may provide health-related information (such as stool photos, symptoms, and food logs). You retain ownership of this data, but you grant us a license to use it solely to operate and improve the App.

Subscriptions

Get Regular offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features (including Gut Check, Experiments, the Doctor Report, and personalized Recipes).

Subscription options

• Yearly subscription (billed once per year), including any Founding Member rate where offered.
• Monthly subscription (billed once per month).

New subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial. The exact price and subscription length are shown on the purchase screen within the App before you confirm, and prices may vary by region.

Payment

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. If a free trial is offered and you begin one, any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Auto-renewal

Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.

Managing and canceling your subscription

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's Account Settings (App Store → your Apple ID → Subscriptions) after purchase. Canceling stops future renewals; you retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store's terms; we are unable to issue refunds directly for purchases made through the App Store.

Terms of Use and Privacy

By subscribing, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. This app also uses Apple's standard subscription infrastructure; nothing in these terms limits your rights under the App Store's terms.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse the App or attempt to disrupt its operation.
• Upload harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
• Use the App to harass or harm others.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

Intellectual Property

The App and its content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Get Regular Health, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without our permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get Regular Health, Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including health decisions you make based on the insights provided.
